The sea, the sun, untouched nature and rich history are not the only things the island of Hvar offers its visitors – for the last 6 years there has been another unique experience waiting for them. On August 20th 2016 several hundred men and women of all ages, from all the continents, will briefly leave the local beaches and restaurants, their comfortable hotel rooms and the deep shade of cool wine bars in order to pick up their starting numbers and get ready at the starting line of the 6th Hvar Halfmarathon, at an ancient square in the town of Stari Grad.
